  • CanSkate and Rising Stars are required by Skate Canada to wear properly fitted skates and only approved CSA APPROVED HOCKEY HELMETS on the ice! No multi-sport, bike or ski helmets allowed.
  • It is mandatory for each skater to pay a one time/season Skate Canada Fee of $62.00 for the 2025-2026 season. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE and must be paid prior to stepping on the ice. 
  • Queens County Blades is run by VOLUNTEERS and we are always looking for engaged members or parents to help us. If you are interested in volunteering please email qcbboard@gmail.com
  • All skaters must wear proper skating attire this means tight fitting moveable clothing, gloves for hands, helmet if required, and all fees must be paid.
  • All payments must be made by e-transfer to queenscountyblades@gmail.com. Please include your invoice number and skaters name.

⚠️ IS QCB YOUR SKATERS SECOND CLUB?

If so, please review carefully!!

If your skater’s home club is not Queens County Blades, their annual Skate Canada fee should be paid through their home club. For various reasons, Uplifter may still automatically add the $64 Skate Canada fee to their QCB registration. Before sending payment, please review your invoice carefully.

If the fee appears:

  • Proceed with sending your e-transfer for the total owing minus the $64 fee.
  • Immediately contact your home club to confirm that they have registered the skater with Skate Canada for the current season.
  • Contact QCB with the skater’s Skate Canada number and confirmation that their home club has verified their registration

For insurance purposes, QCB must confirm the skater’s Skate Canada registration before they participate.
