PURDY'S CHOCOLATIER FUNDRAISER

Hi everyone,

Our Purdys Chocolatier fundraiser is underway! Stock up on holiday gifts and treats while helping Queens County Blades cover ice time, training and opportunities for our skaters.

Please share our campaign link and attached poster with family, friends and coworkers!

Order deadline: November 15, 2026
Club pickup: December 13, 2026, at Queens Place Emera Centre (Home delivery also available for orders submitted online)

 

CATALOGUE AND ORDER FORM

Many of you received catalogues and order forms on Sunday. If you were missed, they have been distributed via email and paper copies will be available at our next skating day.

To collect orders:

    1. Write your skater’s name at the top of the form.
    2.  Use one row per product, repeating the customer’s name for each item.
    3. Record the product code, description, price and quantity.
    4. Add 14% HST to catalogue prices when collecting payment. Multiply the chocolate subtotal by 1.14—a $25 item totals $28.50 including HST.
    5. Return order form and payment to Hillary Alexander (hillarychristina3@gmail.com) before November 15, 2026.

ONLINE ORDERING:

  1. Open our Queens County Blades campaign page and click “Start supporting now.”
  2.  Add your items and select Ship-to-Coordinator for club pickup or Ship-to-Me for home delivery.
  3. Complete checkout and payment by November 15, reviewing your total for tax and shipping charges.

Supporters anywhere in Canada can order for home delivery! Share our campaign link and ask them to choose Ship-to-Me. Additional shipping charges apply.
